Venus Legacy™ Body Contouring and Cellulite Reduction

Venus Legacy™ is a non-invasive device that uses multi-polar radio frequency and pulsed magnetic fields to create a therapeutic heat matrix over the skin. It creates a thermal reaction under the tissue that stimulates the body’s natural healing response, increasing blood circulation and causing the skin to contract.

Combining multi-polar radio frequency with magnetic pulsed fields, the Venus Legacy™ can achieve multiple cosmetic goals, such as:

  • Skin tightening for the body, face and neck
  • Cellulite reduction
  • Stretch mark reduction

How many sessions do I need?

Most patients will receive between 8 –12 treatments per target area, depending on your body’s reaction to Venus Legacy. These initial treatments should be completed once per week. The frequency of treatments at this stage helps prevent fat cells from rebuilding themselves and begins to stimulate collagen and elastin production, both of which are necessary for youthful and smoother looking skin.

The treatment is safe and effective on all skin types tones. It is typically painless, with many patients reporting that the treatment feels like receiving a hot stone massage. Your medical esthetician may be able to adjust the heat and suction slightly if necessary for your comfort. Treatments typically take between 20 to 45 minutes, and you can return to your daily routine immediately after your appointment.

When will I see the result and how long does it last?

Most clients see results after the 3-4 session; however, many have noted results even sooner. The result is individual which also may depend on client’s lifestyle and may remain permanent if one-two session per quarter is maintained after series.

For safety reasons, anyone with the following conditions may not be able to get treatments with Venus Legacy™:

  • Active inflammation and/or an infection around the treatment area
  • Current or history of cancer
  • A degenerative neurologic disease or any other disease around the treatment area that’s stimulated by heat (e.g. herpes)
  • An internal defibrillator or pacemaker
  • Metal implants (excluding dental) in or around the treatment area
  • Uncontrolled thyroid gland disorder
  • Varicose veins
  • Pregnancy or are undergoing IVF procedures
  • Skin-related autoimmune diseases
  • Silicone implants and/or injections in the area

TECHNOLOGY

Venus Legacy™ features four applicators: OctiPolar™ and 4D Body for larger areas, and DiamondPolar™ and 4D Face for smaller areas. All four applicators are powered by proprietary (MP)2 technology—only offered by Venus Concept’s cellulite removal devices—with the synergistic combination of Multi-Polar Radio Frequency (RF) and Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields (PEMF). The OctiPolar™ and DiamondPolar™ applicators are most suited for skin tightening and wrinkle reduction. The 4D Body and 4D Face applicators are equipped with novel VariPulse™ technology, which makes them most effective for temporary circumferential reduction and cellulite reduction.

THE SYNERGISTIC EFFECT OF MULTI-POLAR RF AND PEMF

4D FACE APPLICATOR

  • Same as the 4D Body applicator, but in a smaller configuration
  • Designed to treat smaller areas of the body and can easily access hard-to-reach areas, such as around the cheekbones and neck
