Appointment Changes & Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule, please use the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You can also email info@skinnatural.ca or text +1 778 882 3033 with your full name and appointment date. Please contact us by email or text rather than phone.
Please make all changes at least 24 hours before your appointment. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $25 fee, payable at your next visit.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If exceptional circumstances affect your attendance, please email us so we can review your situation.
Arriving on Time
Please allow extra time for traffic, construction and parking. To respect all clients’ appointment times, we cannot accommodate arrivals more than 10 minutes late.
Laser Treatment Preparation
- Laser hair removal: Please arrive with the treatment area clean-shaven. Otherwise, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
- Pregnancy: We do not provide laser treatments during pregnancy.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration. We look forward to seeing you!
